Falcon Rock is probably the largest single formation on the east side of the highway, and is easily visible from the road. The rock actually consists of three distinct climbing sections: Refrigerator Crack area (lower left or northwest side of the rock), Peanut Butter area (upper east or northeast side of the rock), and the Hole in the Wall area (the prominent west-facing wall with the twin white streaks). The longest routes are on the Hole in the Wall Face.
