Description
[Edit]The Upper Tier is the most prominent section of cliff seen from the road or in the town of Jackson. This section of cliff tends to be steep but is broken by small ledges. The Upper Tier can be accessed by walking around the left side of the Vlaad Wall then uphill for 50 yards or taking a fixed line in the gully between the Sap Wall and the El Wall.
